By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. About Us
Diceflashcards.com provides printable educational flashcard picture inserts designed for use with foam pocket dice or as standalone flashcards.
Most products are supplied as digital PDF downloads, alongside a limited range of physical products fulfilled via third-party shipping partners.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old, or
you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products & Services
3.1 Digital Products
Digital products are supplied as downloadable PDF files.
No physical item will be shipped for digital product purchases.
Download access is provided once payment has been successfully completed.
Download links remain active for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once downloaded, the PDF files do not expire.
3.2 Physical Products
We currently offer a limited range of physical products fulfilled via third-party fulfilment partners.
Physical products are currently shipped within the UK only.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of order, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however changes will not affect orders already placed.
Any discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers must be applied during checkout before payment is completed. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after purchase.
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce-approved payment providers such as Stripe.
We do not store or retain payment card details.
A binding contract is formed once you receive your order confirmation email.
5. Digital Downloads – License & Usage
When purchasing digital products from Diceflashcards.com, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to download and print the files for:
personal use
educational use
classroom or setting use
You may not:
resell or redistribute the files
share download links publicly
upload files to sharing websites or marketplaces
include the files within products for resale
modify and resell the designs as your own
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Diceflashcards.com.
6. Refunds & Returns
6.1 Digital Products
Under UK and EU consumer law, digital content is normally subject to a 14-day cancellation period.
However, by purchasing digital downloads from Diceflashcards.com, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights end once the download process begins.
For this reason:
digital product sales are non-refundable once purchase is completed
refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for digital downloads
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resend the files where appropriate.
6.2 Physical Products
Physical products are covered by applicable UK consumer protection laws.
You have the right to cancel physical product orders within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Unless an item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Physical Products
If a physical product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographic evidence where possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
7. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or third-party fulfilment providers.

All website content, including designs, illustrations, PDFs, text, logos, graphics, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Diceflashcards.com unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific educational, developmental, or learning outcomes.
Children should always be supervised appropriately when using any products purchased from this website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
