This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and download issues are handled at Diceflashcards.com.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.


1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

Most products sold on Diceflashcards.com are supplied as instant digital PDF downloads.

No physical item will be shipped for digital product purchases.


No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Under UK and EU consumer law, digital content is normally subject to a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, when purchasing digital downloads from Diceflashcards.com, you:

  • consent to immediate delivery of the digital content

  • acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights end once download access is provided

For this reason:

  • digital product sales are non-refundable once purchase is completed

  • refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for digital downloads once access has been granted


Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to:

  • restore download access

  • resend the correct files manually where appropriate

This does not constitute a refund.


2. Physical Products

Diceflashcards.com currently offers a limited range of physical products fulfilled via third-party fulfilment partners.


Delivery Information

Physical products are currently shipped within the UK only.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock location and fulfilment method.

Estimated delivery is typically between 3–12 working days from the date of order, excluding weekends, bank holidays, customs delays, and courier disruptions.

Customers will receive dispatch or fulfilment updates where applicable.


Change of Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a physical product order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return:

  • you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period

  • the item must be unused and returned in its original condition

  • return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


Faulty or Damaged Physical Products

If a physical product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a full refund

in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • digital downloads once access has been granted

  • physical products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

  • physical product return requests made outside the stated return periods
