1. About Us
Diceflashcards.com provides low-cost educational flashcard picture inserts designed for use with foam educational pocket dice or as standalone flashcards. Flashcard products are sold as digital PDF downloads only, with a limited range of other physical products currently shipped via third‑party fulfilment partners.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that: – You are at least 18 years old, or – You are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products & Services
3.1 Digital Products
- Digital products are supplied as downloadable PDF files.
- No physical item will be shipped for any digital product purchases.
- Access to digital downloads is provided once successful payment has been made.
- Once payment has been confirmed a download link is available to download your digital PDF product.
- The download link will expire 90 days from the date of purchase, please download your PDF before the 90th The PDF once downloaded does not expire.
3.2 Physical Products
- We currently offer one physical product, fulfilled via third‑party fulfilment partners.
- Physical products are currently shipped only to the UK at this time.
- Estimated delivery time is 10-12 days from order, excluding customs delays.
4. Pricing & Payment (WooCommerce)
- All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout via WooCommerce.
- Prices include or exclude VAT depending on your location and applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is processed securely via STRIPE a WooCommerce-approved payment provider.
- A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.
- We do not store your or retain your payment card details.
5. Digital Downloads – License & Usage
When you purchase a digital product from Diceflashcards.com, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, single‑user license to: – Download and print the files for personal, educational, or classroom use.
You may not: – Resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense the files – Upload the files to sharing platforms or marketplaces – Include the files in any product for sale or commercial distribution – Modify and resell the designs as your own
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Diceflashcards.com.
Please note, you will have 90 days from the date of purchase to access and download your product via the download link on your ‘Order Confirmation’.
6. Refunds & Returns (UK & EU Consumer Law)
6.1 Digital Products
Under UK and EU consumer law, digital content is normally subject to a 14‑day cancellation period. However, by purchasing digital downloads from Diceflashcards.com, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download begins.
For this reason: – All digital product sales are final once the order is confirmed and a download access link is provided. – No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered for any digital products on our website.
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to: – Restore download access or re‑send the correct files manually.
This does not constitute a refund.
6.2 Physical Products
- Physical products are covered by UK consumer protection laws.
- You have the right to cancel a physical product order within 14 days of delivery.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14‑day period.
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If a physical product arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48hours of delivery along with supporting photographic or video evidence.
- Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
7. Delivery & Risk
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, border customs, or third‑party fulfilment providers.

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, illustrations, PDFs, text, logos, and branding, is owned by Diceflashcards.com or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.
