1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
All digital products sold on Diceflashcards.com are supplied as instant downloadable PDF files.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Under UK and EU consumer law, digital content is normally subject to a 14‑day cooling‑off period. However, when purchasing digital downloads from Diceflashcards.com, you: – Consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and – Acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once you receive your ‘Order Confirmation’ containing your download link.
For this reason: – All digital sales are final once access to the download is provided – We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital products
Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to: – Restore download access or re‑send the correct files manually.
This does not constitute a refund.
2. Physical Products
Diceflashcards.com currently offers a limited number of physical products, handled via third‑party fulfilment partners.
Where We Ship
- Physical products are currently shipped to the UK only
- Estimated delivery time is 10- 12 days from order, excluding border customs delays
Change of Mind (Cancellation Rights)
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel a physical product order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To cancel: – You must notify us in writing within the 14‑day period – The item must be unused and in its original condition – Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a physical product arrives faulty or damaged: – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery – Providing clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

- Physical products returned due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
